From booking to the next visit.

Clients book online any time, with the person they choose. No app takes a cut. Diary, till and loyalty follow. You stay with your client.

We set it up for you, before your first booking.

Bookings come in while your hands are full.

  1. The phone rings during a colour.

You put the brush down, or the booking goes elsewhere.

  2. Clients look for a time at night.

The salon is closed. They book with one that takes bookings online.

  3. E-invoicing becomes the law.

Each country sets its own date. See the questions below.

Thursday, 10:30, step by step.

Each appointment reaches your diary, your till and your books.

  1. Your client picks a time, at any hour.

A service, then Sarah or whoever is free. Times already taken no longer show.

Someone booking on a phone over an iced coffee.
  2. A reminder the day before.

With a link to change the time or cancel, without calling you.

Someone reading a phone outdoors, by a station.
  3. Arrived, in the day’s diary.

The whole team sees who is in the chair and who is next.

A salon ready for the day, its chairs waiting.
  4. Your client comes back.

One more stamp on the loyalty card, and the next visit booked on the same page, with Sarah.

A haircut with comb and scissors.

In every plan.

  1. A nail technician at work.

Do you still have the shampoo from last time?

Yes, I’ll keep one for Thursday.

    Customers write to you.

The order happens in the WhatsApp chat they already use.

  2. A finished braid.

Which service sold best this month?

    Colour, then cut and blow-dry.

    Ask. Your system answers.

The answer comes from your own figures.

  3. An eyeshadow palette and make-up brushes.

Your questions.

How does the setup work?

We set it up for you, from your services and your team to your booking page and WhatsApp. You check it all with us before your first booking, and we stay with you after.

Do my clients need an app?

No. They book from your link, in their phone’s browser, with their name and email.

Can I bring my client list?

Yes. Your services, your team and your clients come in during the setup, from a spreadsheet or from an export of the tool you use today.

When does e-invoicing apply to my business?

In France, every business must accept e-invoices from 1 September 2026; small businesses send them from 1 September 2027. In the UAE, most businesses start on 1 July 2027, and in Oman, small and medium ones in August 2027.

Do I keep my WhatsApp number, and what does it cost?

The number and the WhatsApp Business account stay yours. Message fees are included up to a volume set for each plan.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your System OÜ, a European company based in Estonia, runs your system, and you can export your data at any time.

Let’s prepare your first online booking.

We bring in your services, your team and your clients, and set up your booking page and WhatsApp.
